Want to know how to register an account on the Green Flag app? Well, you’re in the right place. Here’s a quick step-by-step guide.
Please note, our app is not available for Excess and Fleet policies, or for vehicles registered in the Isle of Man.
Before we get to the important stuff, your version of the app may look slightly different to the images below. Don’t worry if that’s the case, the information and the steps will be the same.
First thing’s first, tap on ‘Create account’ or ‘Create your account’ (it may be a little different depending on which phone you’re using).
Put in the email address you’d like to use for your app account, alongside a secure password.
You can use any email address you want here. It doesn’t have to be the same as the one you used when you bought your Green Flag policy.
Make sure your password follows all the rules, because trust us, whoever said ‘rules are meant to be broken’ never tried getting past our password security.
Type your password out again just to be safe, then tap ‘Next’.
We’ll need you to verify your email address, so we’ll send you an email with a six-digit code.
Enter your six-digit code on this screen and hit ‘Continue’ to verify your email address. If you haven’t received your code, check your junk folder in case it’s in there. If it is there, we’ll try not to take that to heart.
If you can’t find your code anywhere in your inbox, don’t worry, you can get a new one by tapping ‘Resend Code’.
Good news; your account has been created and you’re officially registered on the app.
Now before you put your phone down, you’ve got one more thing to do – you need to link your Green Flag breakdown policy to your account.
